My experience at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, and it truly has everything you could want for a comfortable and convenient stay. The rooftop pool is a fantastic feature, offering a great place to unwind, while the rooftop fitness room is clean, well equipped, and a great option for keeping up with your routine while traveling. The downstairs café also has an impressive selection of food and beverages for something quick and convenient, while the on-site restaurant provides a wonderful option for a more relaxed, sit-down casual meal. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting, which made it easy to feel right at home after a long day. What stood out just as much as the facilities, however, was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Even though my business group and I arrived a little after midnight, we were greeted warmly and treated with the same level of care and attention as guests arriving much earlier in the evening. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, cleanliness, a

This was such an amazing experience the manager called personally to check on the fridge that was not working and issued a nice credit. The front desk were knowledgeable and proceeded check in/out with ease. Breakfast was amazing 🤩 but the location itself and ease of parking was great! Pool and gym on 19th floor offer a beautiful experience as well. Definitely recommend and would go back!

I have stayed here several times and the service is always impeccable. The rooms seem clean and comfortable. I have always gotten the Riverview and it gives a beautiful view with a wonderful breeze. Honestly took one of the best naps of my life with the breeze flowing in and the comfortable bed. The restaurant can be slow but it's nice they also have a market where you can get hot breakfast to go and snacks etc. The bar is fun and all the bartenders are friendly and accommodating. There is also a Morton's on property. The hotel is walking distance to some nice restaurants and bars, the theater, and a beautiful walking path. Easy Uber drive to other locations.
